Duck Hunting - Tower Mallard Release

  • 20 Ducks = $600
  • 30 Ducks = $800
  • 40 Ducks = $1,050
  • 50 Ducks = $1,300
  • Additional Ducks = $22 each
  • No maximum & no bag limit.
  • Cleaning, $4 per duck.
  • You are welcome to use your own dogs. For those who need them, we will provide an excellent guide for $100 per party, gratuity not included (by reservation only). Gratuity is custumarily paid per gun, and helps defray costs for transportation and gas, and for feeding, vetting, and training guide dogs. Our guides are among the most experienced huntsman and dog handlers in the state, and many have dogs that compete in national field trials and exhibitions.
  • Our '16-'17 season runs from September 1, 2016 through April 30, 2017, seven days a week. Call to inquire about setting a morning or afternoon hunt time.
  • You must have a valid Virginia Hunting License www.huntfishva.com, and appropriate state and federal migratory duck stamps. Children under 12 do not need licenses or stamps. 
  • Steel shot required. 
  • We are 30 minutes from Richmond and 45 minutes from Charlottesville.
  • Pigeons and areas to train your dogs are available year round: $55 1/2 day.

Cancellation and "No Show" Policy

You must call our office (804-556-2261) at least 2 hours prior to your hunt start time, so you are not assessed a "cancellation" or "no show" fee.  Otherwise, you will be charged 75% of your total hunt price, plus your "guide fee" if you reserved a dog/handler.
